Processing and Shipping:

Please allow up to 1-4 days to process your order.

For custom orders, please allow 1-5 days to process your order. (Holidays and Weekends not included)

For accessories or any pre-made jewelry items, orders will be shipped within a week.  Custom orders may take longer to ship depending on what is being customized. 

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days 

We do not offer local pickup/delivery in the Baton Rouge, La. area at this time.

Customize Your Bling Policy:

If you request for a custom bracelet/set you must give the following:

  • Wrist Size
  • Preferred Colors
  • Type of Charms (Regular Charms, Designer Charms, Both, or Picture Pendant)
  • Bracelet/Charm Amount

All custom orders must be placed in two weeks advance and MUST be paid in advance before your order can be made or shipped out!

Any bracelet before CANNOT be made twice!

Once your order has been processed an email will be sent out to you. This email will pertain an invoice in which you are required to pay in order for anything to be made/ shipped out!!


Refunds and Exchanges:

I only offer refunds/exchanges if your charms were to fall off, your accessory has broken, or bracelet has popped within 24 hours.  If so, you will need to contact me within 24-48 hours regarding the issue of your item through via email  Failure to do so within the time period will resolve in no refunding or exchange of item.  If your charms or bracelet becomes damaged within 30 days then you will not be able to get a refund.  All bracelets, bangles, and accessories should be kept with care.
